I. Introduction

The discovery of the REVITALIZANT® principle, the revitalization of mechanical components using XADO’s ceramic-metal compound, opened an entirely new direction in mechanical repair: restoration without disassembly. Building on this principle, the scientists of the XADO Group developed a full family of products. Two of those lines, XADO Gel (10 products) and XADO Grease (14 products), had earned a worldwide reputation by the year 2000.

2004 marked another milestone for the company. Using nano-technology, XADO succeeded in synthesizing the atoms of its ceramic-metal revitalizant directly into lubricating oil, creating a new generation of motor oil: XADO Atomic Oil. It was the first oil of its kind in the world to combine the qualities of a premium lubricant with the ability to compensate for wear while the engine is running. By forming a protective ceramic-metal layer on friction surfaces, Atomic Oil extends the service life of machinery by two to three times, delivering exceptional technical and economic value. Today, it is used widely across the industrialized world, and XADO Chemical Group remains the leader in repairing mechanical equipment during normal operation.

1. What XADO Atomic Oil is made of

  • Premium base stock, refined from the highest-quality Arctic Ocean crude or produced through modern synthetic hydrocarbon technology.

  • XADO REVITALIZANT® atoms. This is the fundamental difference between Atomic Oil and every other oil on the market, and the source of its superior performance.

2. What XADO Atomic Oil does

II. Selected XADO Atomic Oil Products

XADO Atomic Oil 15W-40 SL/C1-4 is a premium mineral oil for both gasoline and diesel engines, suitable for all four seasons. It meets API SL, C-4; ACEA A3, B3, B4, E3, E5; and OEM approvals including VW 501 01, MB 229.1, Volvo VDS-2 and Renault RLD.

XADO Atomic Oil 15W-40 C1-4 and 10W-40 C1-4 are premium mineral oils developed specifically for diesel engines. Their performance exceeds the top API C1-4, ACEA B3/B4/E3/E5 and Global DHD-1 grades.

XADO Atomic Oil 10W-40 SL/C1-4 is a premium semi-synthetic oil produced by hydrocracking technology, for gasoline and diesel engines in all four seasons. Its performance exceeds the top API SL, CF, C1-4; ACEA B3, B4, E3, E5; and OEM grades, including VW 500 00, MB 228-3, MB 229-1, Volvo VDS-3 and Cummins.

XADO Atomic Oil 5W-40 SL/CF is a premium, fully synthetic, high-fluidity oil in wide use across many engine types, built on a special PAO (polyalphaolefin) base. Its performance exceeds API SL/CF, ACEA A3/B3 and OEM grades, including MB 229-1, Ford M2C-917A and Porsche.

XADO Atomic Oil 0W-30 SL/CF is a top-grade, fully synthetic, high-fluidity oil produced from premium base stock containing a complex of esters and PAO. Its performance exceeds API SL/CF and ACEA A3/B3/B4, and it meets the demanding standards of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen.

XADO Atomic Oil 80W-90 GL 3/4/5 is a premium mineral gear oil with an EP additive package and XADO revitalizant atoms. Its performance exceeds API GL 3/4/5.

XADO Atomic Oil ATF III is a premium mineral fluid for automatic transmissions and hydraulic systems, exceeding the standards of General Motors, Ford and ZF.

VITAFLUSH is a deep-cleaning flush for internal combustion engines. Alongside its specialized cleaning agents, it contains revitalizing atoms. Added a few dozen kilometers before an oil change, it cleans component surfaces and recovers up to 70% of the metal particles that have broken away from those surfaces, redepositing them as a ceramic-metal layer that partially restores lost material.

The products above represent a new generation of motor oil — markedly more capable and more effective than any conventional lubricant. Though recently introduced, they have quickly won the confidence of users.

As an example of the economics, consider a four-seat passenger car with a baseline fuel consumption of 8 L/100 km, over a 40,000 km year (figures from XADO Group materials):

  • A 5–7% reduction in fuel use saves €60–70.
  • Drain intervals extended by 2–3 times save €45–150.
  • Trouble-free operating life extended by 2–3 times — meaning 2–3 fewer repairs — saves €200–250.
  • In total, roughly €300–470 is saved per year over 40,000 km.

XADO Vietnam is introducing XADO Atomic Oil to Vietnamese users to build familiarity with it. Sooner or later, this new generation of oil will take its place in the global market and gradually replace today’s conventional lubricants. Atomic Oil does cost more, but its performance and economy far exceed those of the oils in common use.
