How XADO EX120 Revitalizant Works
The Extreme Action 120% (EX120) Revitalizant active formula rebuilds, repairs, and protects the metal components inside your car’s automatic transmission. Once added to the gearbox, XADO EX120 Revitalizant goes to work inside the system as follows:
Inside the transmission, parts such as gears, bearings, the oil distributor, and clutches tend to develop scratches and wear easily, since they’re constantly subjected to friction and high temperatures over long periods. As you use the product, XADO’s advanced Revitalizant technology guides the metal-ceramic particles to these worn and scratched areas, then fills them in and rebuilds the metal surface, returning the components to near-original condition.
The Revitalizant active formula restores worn metal with an ultra-durable metal-ceramic layer that bonds tightly to the surface, without clumping and self-regulating its own thickness. Nearly as hard as diamond, this coating helps the vehicle run smoother, last longer, and wear far less.

Directions for Use
Step 1: Determine how much EX120 you need based on your transmission’s oil capacity.
- 5–8 liters of fluid → use one 8 ml tube
- 9–12 liters of fluid → use two 8 ml tubes
- 13–15 liters of fluid → use three 8 ml tubes
Larger oil capacities require a more active formula to coat and rebuild every metal surface inside the gearbox evenly. Simply add the required number of tubes in a single application, then drive as normal and let the product do the work.
Step 2: Inject the required amount of active formula into the transmission’s oil reservoir (the fill point).
Step 3: Drive as normal so the formula blends into the transmission oil and begins acting on the metal surfaces.
The restoration process takes place gradually as you drive and is considered complete after roughly 50 hours of transmission operation, equivalent to about 1,500 km.
During this period, the metal-ceramic layer in the product slowly forms and fills in scratches and wear, helping the transmission run more smoothly.
Please note:
Some vehicles with excessively worn transmissions may need an additional dose of EX120, particularly if you notice an improvement that later fades and the symptoms return.
The dosage depends on the capacity of the oil system.
The metal-ceramic protective layer only works on components that are still functional. If a part is already severely worn and damaged beyond repair, it will need to be replaced rather than restored.
