XADO’s 3rd-generation Revitalizant marks a technological leap forward, delivering faster, more convenient, and longer-lasting engine restoration than ever before.

1st Generation – Classic Revitalizant The original technology produced only a simple metal coating, a temporary “patch” laid over the surface of a scratch. While it did ease wear, its restorative results were limited.

2nd Generation – EX120 Revitalizant Upgraded with a more concentrated active formula, EX120 began forming a metal-ceramic coating that improved friction resistance. The restoration process, however, required multiple steps and a longer treatment time.

The 3rd Generation then marked a major advance in engine restoration and protection technology, with the ability to:

Directions for Use

Step 1: Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly so the components inside blend evenly, ensuring the product performs at its best.

Step 2: Add the solution to the engine oil while the engine is warm.* This helps the product dissolve quickly and disperse more evenly throughout the lubrication system.

Step 3: Once added, start the engine and let it idle for 3–5 minutes so the product begins to take effect, penetrating and protecting the internal engine components.

*If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, warm the product before use.

Important Usage Notes

  • The Revitalizant restoration process takes place over the first 1,000–1,500 km of riding after application. During this period, avoid changing the engine oil so the product has enough time to take effect and restore worn components.
  • For the best wear protection, we recommend continuing to use the Xado Moto Maximum engine additive at your next oil change.
  • Experts recommend reapplying the product every 16,000 km (roughly every 5 oil changes) to maintain optimal restoration and engine protection.
